Two disciplines, one practice01 / 08

One professional.
Two perspectives.

Most pilots never sit across from a psychologist who has run their checklists. Most coaches have never felt a four-sector duty day from the inside. Abdollah works from both seats.

The approach04 / 08

Why work with someone
who understands both?

01 · AVIATION

Nothing needs explaining twice

Duty limits, sim checks, medicals, standby, base changes: the context of your problem is already familiar. The conversation starts at the real issue, not at the vocabulary.

02 · PSYCHOLOGY

Grounded in evidence

A master's degree focused on pilot mental health brings academic rigour to the work, separating what actually helps under pressure from what merely sounds good.

03 · COACHING

Built into a working plan

EMCC-certified coaching turns insight into specific, reviewable actions, structured around rosters, time zones and the reality of an aviation career.

“Flying is mostly a human problem in a technical costume, which is what kept me in it.”

“I was struggling with anxiety and stress. After seeing a reel on the Holistic Pilot Instagram, I realized that what I was experiencing could be connected to imposter syndrome. I decided to reach out and was met with genuine understanding. It was amazing that I didn't have to explain my job to Abdollah. After three sessions, I feel more confident and believe that I am a capable pilot. There's still a long way to go, but I've realized that this issue isn't limited to flying. It's a pattern that runs through my whole life.”

“I was struggling with leaving my comfort zone. Even the thought of flying solo somewhere further away sent chills down my spine. After a few sessions, I understood that my lack of confidence was in my head, not a reflection of my technical abilities or flying skills. Thanks to Abdollah, I went on that flight, and now I trust myself and my skills.”

Alessio, 28Student Pilot · Confidence & Performance

“It felt like flying through the clouds and suddenly coming out into clarity.”

“I had some ideas about how my CV should look and what to expect from airline interviews, but I wasn't really sure what I was doing. Reaching out was honestly one of the best decisions I made. Through our conversations, I now understand the process much better and feel more comfortable sending applications and going to interviews. I wish I had known about Abdollah before I even started flight school.”

“I reached out for a consultation before starting my flight training. The session helped me avoid joining schools I didn't know enough about and instead choose a reputable flight school. I also came away with a much clearer idea of what to expect throughout training and after graduation.”

Arzoo, 18Aspiring Pilot · Flight School Consultation

“A pilot who wants someone who understands the aviation environment.”

“I was going through a breakup and facing a really difficult time, all while having to operate after upgrading to the widebody fleet. I'm thankful to Abdollah for walking through that period with me, helping me regulate my emotions and develop better criteria for my future relationships. It's still a work in progress, but I've already gained a much better understanding of myself. I would definitely recommend Abdollah, especially if you're a pilot who wants someone who understands the aviation environment.”

About Abdollah

From the cockpit to aviation psychology.

Born in Iran, raised in Dubai, and based in Europe since the age of eighteen, Abdollah built two careers side by side: a flying career that led from flight instruction to chief pilot of Prague's largest flight training organisation, and an academic path through a bachelor's and master's degree in psychology.

Today he splits each month between the flight deck and a coaching practice for aviation professionals, working with everyone from flight students to airline captains on performance, confidence, stress and the parts of the career nobody briefs you on.
