Aviation Services

Train the pilot.
All of the pilot.

Interviews, assessments, language proficiency, performance and career decisions, prepared with someone who has sat on both sides of the table: as an airline pilot and as the chief pilot of Prague's largest flight training organisation.

Airline Interview Preparation

Selection is not a knowledge test. It is a performance under observation. We prepare both.

Book this service

Who this is for

  • Pilots applying for their first airline job
  • Experienced pilots changing operators or moving to command
  • Candidates returning to interviews after an unsuccessful attempt

What we work on

  • Competency-based interview technique and structuring your answers
  • Technical and HR question preparation
  • Simulator / assessment mindset: composure, prioritisation, recovery after errors
  • Managing interview anxiety so preparation actually shows

The session includes

  • Review of your profile and the operator's selection format
  • Structured mock interview work with direct feedback
  • A personal preparation plan for the days before selection

How it works

Sessions are held online, one-to-one, in English. Frequency and scope depend on your timeline, from a single focused session to a full preparation cycle before selection day.

Pilot Performance Coaching

The technical skills got you the licence. The mental skills decide how consistently you fly to your own standard.

Book this service

Who this is for

  • Student pilots who feel their performance dip under evaluation
  • Line pilots who want more consistency and lower mental workload
  • Instructors and captains handling responsibility for others

What we work on

  • Focus, attention management and mode awareness
  • Decision-making under time pressure
  • Managing workload across multi-sector days
  • Debriefing yourself constructively instead of destructively

The session includes

  • A structured look at where performance actually breaks down
  • Techniques drawn from performance psychology, adapted to flight operations
  • A concrete practice plan you can run on the line or in training

How it works

Coaching runs in blocks of sessions with defined goals, reviewed as you go. Everything is planned around a flying roster, because your coach has one too.

Aviation English / ICAO English

Communication is a real skill, not a checkbox, and it hinders more careers than handling skills do.

Book this service

Who this is for

  • Pilots preparing for ICAO English language proficiency testing
  • Pilots whose English holds them back in interviews or RT
  • Non-native speakers entering international operations

What we work on

  • ICAO ELP descriptors: what examiners actually listen for
  • Aviation communication: clear, structured, unambiguous
  • Fluency and confidence under test conditions
  • Interview English for airline selection

The session includes

  • Assessment of your current level against ICAO descriptors
  • Targeted practice on the areas that cost points
  • Realistic test simulation with examiner-level feedback

How it works

Guided by a certified ICAO ELP examiner. Sessions are online and adapted to your test date and current level.

Flight Training Mentorship

Flight school teaches you to fly. A mentor helps you get through it efficiently, and in one piece.

Book this service

Who this is for

  • Student pilots in PPL, CPL or ATPL theory and flight training
  • Trainees who feel stuck, behind schedule, or over budget
  • Career changers balancing training with work and family

What we work on

  • Structuring your training path and expectations
  • Handling training plateaus and failed checkride nerves
  • The relationship with instructors and examiners
  • Staying motivated through theory, weather delays and waiting

The session includes

  • Regular one-to-one mentorship sessions
  • A sounding board from a former chief flight instructor
  • Straight answers about what matters at each stage, and what doesn't

How it works

Mentorship is ongoing and flexible: regular check-ins during training, with extra support around checkrides and decision points.

Aviation Career Coaching

Honest guidance for an expensive, cyclical industry, from someone who tells you about both halves of the job.

Book this service

Who this is for

  • People deciding whether to start flight training
  • Low-hour pilots facing the waiting period after their licence
  • Pilots weighing a change of operator, base or role

What we work on

  • Choosing training routes and schools with clear criteria
  • Financial and personal planning for the path, including the plan-B
  • Navigating the post-licence waiting period without losing momentum
  • Positioning yourself for the market you actually face

The session includes

  • A realistic map of your options and their trade-offs
  • A career plan with concrete next actions
  • Follow-up sessions as decisions come up

How it works

Starts with a single orientation session. Many clients continue with periodic check-ins at each career decision point.

Common questions

Aviation services FAQ

Are sessions held online? +

Yes. Sessions are held online in English, scheduled around rosters and time zones. That is also how most airline pilots can realistically attend them.

Can you guarantee I will pass my interview or assessment? +

No, and you should be careful with anyone who says otherwise. What structured preparation does is remove the avoidable reasons for failure: poor structure, unmanaged nerves, unclear communication and lack of a plan.

I'm still a student pilot. Is this for me? +

Yes. Abdollah works with the full range, from flight students to airline captains. Training is exactly the phase where good habits, mental skills and honest guidance pay off most.

How many sessions will I need? +

It depends on the goal and the timeline. Some topics fit a single focused session; interview or test preparation usually runs as a short cycle. Scope is agreed openly before you commit to anything.
